Storkie stepped out on the town again and attended the Springer Elementary School Silent Auction on Saturday night (2/27/10). Stork Stopped Here donated a stork rental package which was auctioned off to raise money for Patti’s favorite Los Altos Elementary School! Glad we could help.

Philanthropists Jillian Manus and Alan Salzman hosted the fifth annual Valentine’s Day Ball at their Atherton residence on Saturday evening, February 6, and Stork Stopped Here was invited to participate in the festivities. 100% of the evening’s proceeds directly benefit the Stanford Cancer Center. Stork Stopped Here was proud to participate!

Yes, we do stork rental signs for showers too. It’s a great way to tell shower guests that they’ve found the right location for the party. If the party is a “surprise,” our stork can hang out inside and be moved out after the guest of honor arrives.

We enjoy seeing the neighbors react to the “stork landing.” Wherever the stork lands, the neighbors come out and get involved! San Jose is quite a friendly community. And I say that as a former New Yorker who didn’t know many neighbors while growing up. Boy, aren’t these babies lucky for having the Bay Area as their home!

Stork Stopped Here is celebrating the holidays in style in Willow Glen, San Jose. We’ve decorated one of our storks in lights to participate in the festivities. However, now everyone who drives by us, thinks there’s a new baby at our house. Sorry, but we’re containing ourselves to “grandparent” status only. But that doesn’t stop us from wishing you all a Happy Holiday Season and a Healthy New Year.

Now Stork Stopped Here Stork signs have come to San Jose and surrounding areas. One of the best ways to share your feelings on the birth of a new baby is by using Stork signs.

If you have a friend, relative, neighbor who is having a baby (and live in and around San Jose, CA), Stork signs are a great way to welcome parents and new baby home from the hospital.

The 7 foot tall stork holds a bundle with baby’s name, date of birth, weight and length. The bundle is theirs to keep for the baby’s room but the stork returns to us to continue on his delivery rounds. Our storks are clean critters and don’t leave any mess behind!

Want to celebrate a new baby’s arrival? Stork sign rentals are a fun way to share the news and give a present all at the same time.

You may have seen our baby announcement Stork Signs in your neighborhood throughout Silicon Valley: from San Jose to Palo Alto and Menlo Park! Our storks are hard to miss. Each is almost 7 ft. tall and carries a pink or blue bundle (commemorative tablet) displaying the new baby’s name, birth date and statistics!

Our storks are ready to touch down in your neighborhood and announce that a new baby has arrived. As soon as you call us we’ll rush the stork to the new parents’ lawn to welcome them home from the hospital. Stork rentals are available for 5, 7 or 10 days (approx $79, 89, or 99). Even add balloons!
